Today I’ve released Incollector 1.2. I promise, you won’t see any new features. There are removed a few bugs, so you should download new version.
What’s new
- Ctrl+c works in the preview
- On Windows, web browser selector in the preferences window has been removed. Now, Incollector launches default web browser.
- Incollector now looks good with the dark application themes.
- Bug that could cause data loss (very small chance) has been removed.
- Search entry (above the entries list) looks also for tags.
- New default theme on Windows.
BTW, I’m going to write something about Incollector 2.0 soon. :-)

I really like InCollector’s potential. Ijust installed it. But I think it could go further by adding features such as threading (useful for conversation notes), entry dates, etc. Where can I go to make these suggestions for feature enhancements?

Bardzo fajny programik, właśnie takiego szukałam! :)
Szkoda tylko że nie ma opcji zahasłowania folderu albo całego programu żeby można było używać go jako pamiętnik :) - taka mała sugestia na przyszłość ;)

Tylko, ze czasami nie moglam wpisac po japonsku… Nie wiem dlaczego…
Anyway, poczekam goraco na wersje japonska (wydanie japonskiego tlumaczenia).
Lubie takie piekne software.

Fajny fajny ten incollector i z niego korzystam, aż tu nagle przyszła wersja 1.2 i niestety nie działa.

Nie wiem, gdzie się zgłasza błędy, na pewno nie tutaj, ale co ja biedny mam zrobić jak sie do niego przyzwyczaiłem, a on stroi fochy, a autor nie wsytawił się na obstrzał poprzez udostepnienie systemu śledzenia błędów…

Hello, why I can’t use incollector with Ubuntu Jaunty Jackatalope ( 9.04). I can install it but I can’t use it?

You need to run both
mono –runtime=v2.0.50727 /usr/lib/incollector/incollector.exe

Thanks for this app. Been using it for a while now. It won’t run in Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty though.
Is there any way to get it to work in 9.04? I’d like to access the data I have collected.

just d/l’d and looks nice so far.
i’d add encryption/decryption feature (blowfish, AES, Rijndae, or twofish, etc. - esp. if adding in serial numbers).
maybe alarms, reminders, or reoccurring event options.
more themes for window users.

man .. i waish there is a web-based open-source php script with all this app’s features .. if you can do somthing like that .. i mean creating a web version of the app it would be great!

Ahhh, nothing new happening in incollector since so long. Iǘe just installed it again after system upgrade (Fedora 14 now). It would be good to be able to add images and mp3 files… :-) And display notes by date!
